The War Within - Level-up Campaign Skip
The latest War Within beta build added a new Level-up Campaign Skip, allowing players to skip the level-up campaign and begin the max-level campaign.
Unlock PvP Elite Cosmetics For All Classes
With the introduction of Warbands in The War Within expansion, characters will now be able to learn any item appearance, regardless of whether they can equip the item.
Due to the characters' MMR not being reset in Dragonflight Season 4, more players have been able to easily reach 2400 rating in all PvP brackets and purchase Elite cosmetic items from Glamora in the Gladiator's Refuge (Valdrakken). All 18 items will cost a total of 135 Marks of Honor. Those in need of Marks of Honor can purchase Orboreal Distinguishment for 2000 Honor from the Honor Quartermaster.
Even though some cosmetic items cannot be learned by certain classes, they can be purchased and saved in bags or bank until the Pre-Expansion Content Update goes live on July 23rd to learn the elite appearances.

Anything currently class restricted can't be learned with Warbands or transferred around.

My Warrior got Rank 11 back in Vanilla, I can go to Area 52 and buy a cosmetic version of the Grand Marshal's gear for Transmog. At the moment I am able to use it for Transmog on any warrior I roll, plus the weapons on any character since they're cosmetic unlocks.
I can't buy the Paladin set on my Warrior or my Paladin as A) my warrior is not a paladin and B) my paladin does not have the rank to buy the set.
Given the Warband changes, will I be able to buy those on Warrior and send to Paladin?

- I don't think I've read/heard specifics on that specific rep, but they did say a small handful of reps that were more tied to character progression or other weird things wouldn't/likely wouldn't be warband enabled. I would think for this to work, the rep from your warrior would need to transfer to the rep for your paladin, the game sees you're a paladin with the rep, and let's you buy the thing. Does the vendor when accessed on your warrior have that drop down menu in the top right of their shop UI that let's you pick your class's spec and select all classes? Maybe that's a workaround? I would think buying it that way, if possible, would allow you to learn it.

Very unlikely they'll unlock the class specific armor sets (unless they remove the class restrictions from tier sets in the future).
